• Delivery times provided are estimates. Karoobling is not liable for parcel delays once an order has been handed over to the courier.

5. Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges

• All returns, exchanges, and refund requests are governed by our Return & Exchange Policy.

• Eligible returns must be logged within 7 days of delivery.

• Applicable return shipping fees and retroactive outbound delivery charges (where an entire order is returned or the remaining balance falls below the free shipping threshold) will be deducted from final refund amounts.

• Karoobling is not registered for Value-Added Tax (VAT); therefore, prices listed on our website do not include VAT, and VAT cannot be charged or claimed on orders.
