• Standard Delivery: A flat shipping fee of R 78.00 applies to all standard orders.

• Express Delivery: Fast-track delivery is available for R 180.00.

• Free Delivery: We offer free standard delivery on all orders over R 600.00. (Please note: Free shipping applies only to retained items. Please refer to our Return & Exchange Policy for terms regarding full returns).

• Courier Partner: We exclusively partner with The Courier Guy and PUDO/The Courier Guy Lockers for all deliveries to ensure a reliable and secure experience.

3. Estimated Delivery Time:

• Delivery times vary depending on your location:

• • Standard Shipping: Typically takes 3–5 business days.

  • Express Shipping: Expedited delivery options are processed as priority shipments.

• Please note that while we dispatch orders promptly, Karoobling cannot be held liable for courier delays beyond our control once the parcel has been handed over to The Courier Guy.
